At Richmond Bilingual School we provide infirmary service, directed by the professional nurse Adriana Chaparro, who is in charge of safeguarding the well-being and health of the whole education community.

At the infirmary, first aids are provided to students and staff in general. In case of sickness or injury of any of the members of the community, the nurse will be in charge of providing immediate attention while the individual recuperates or his or her parents pick the student up at school. If the situation requires sending or moving the patient, the school’s ambulance service will be available.

Other activities at the infirmary related with promotion and prevention are vaccine sessions and nutrition habits campaigns. Also, procedures are developed in order to take action in case of emergency (simulations, conformation of evacuation brigades, first aids, fire brigade, and training of teachers and staff on different activities).

Once again, since the Richmond Bilingual School seeks for continuous improvement of its services, we invite students and parents that in case to be  needed, contact the nurse Adriana Chaparro at phone number 6763864 ext. 533, who will be more than happy to hear the requests.
